COT was founded based on Christian values of reaching out, caring, and demonstrating love for humanity, however its work is inclusive of all people regardless of faith, including promoting values of interfaith and peaceful living among young people and communities
We are a small, organisation with low overheads and working towards lasting change, tackling root causes, promoting strategic change, and strengthening communities/beneficiaries to develop lasting improvements in their situations

Child Health and Survival
Delivering clean water and good hygiene practices for education, health, and girls menstrual management. Maternal and child health innovations, HIV programmes and COVID-19 mitigation.
Social Protection
Delivering Education and protection for migrant, disabled, those with mental illness, homeless, and disadvantaged children. Economic livelihoods, gender equality and leadership skills for young women and girls.
Interfaith and Community engagement
Delivering Interfaith dialogue, space and understanding and tackling trafficking issues facing young people (18-35 years).
Environment and Climate action
delivering climate smart small holder food production and agri-business value additions for environmentally sustainable livelihood and income opportunities; and restoration of degraded land and ecological responsibility – over 1 million trees planted by young women, renewable energy skills and adoption
